Highford parent company, Independent Fisheries Ltd is one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned fish processing companies. IFL contracts a fleet of deepsea trawlers to catch a range of species for its value added processing plant in New Zealand. A full range of breaded and battered fish and squid is available in both food service and retail packs.
